Rituel Policies:

Cancellation Policy

To reserve your appointment, we’ll need a card on file (securely stored through Boulevard/Stripe — your full info is never visible to us). We understand that plans can change, but cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just give us at least 24 hours’ notice. By booking, you agree to these terms. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you.

Late Arrival Policy

We know things happen. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on the flow of the day. Please give us a quick call if you’re running behind — we’ll do everything we can to make it work. In some cases, a cancellation fee may still apply if we are unable to accommodate the delay.

Service Adjustment Policy

We want you to leave Rituel feeling confident and in love with your results. If something doesn’t feel quite right, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment. We’re happy to schedule an adjustment with your original provider. Because each service is customized and requires time and product, refunds are not offered. That said, your satisfaction is very important to us, and we will always do our best to make things right.

Chemical Services Release

By receiving a chemical service such as coloring, lightening, toning, relaxing, or smoothing, you acknowledge the following:

Hair Health Disclosure: I have informed my stylist of any recent chemical services, medications, or health conditions.

Results and Expectations: I understand outcomes may vary depending on hair health, color history, and maintenance.

Risk Acknowledgment: I understand there are risks, including breakage, scalp irritation, or unexpected results.

Aftercare: I agree to follow recommended home care and use salon-quality products.

Waiver of Liability: I release Rituel Salon & Med Spa, its owners, employees, and contractors from liability related to my chemical service outcome.

Child Policy

To maintain a safe and relaxing environment, children are welcome only if they have a scheduled appointment. With hot tools, sharp scissors, and a busy salon space, we want to be sure no little ones are at risk. Infants in strollers who are not mobile may accompany you — please let your stylist know in advance so we can prepare. Thank you for helping us keep Rituel calm and comfortable for everyone.

Product Return Policy

We hope you love everything you take home. Unopened items may be exchanged or returned within 7 days with proof of purchase. For safety reasons, opened or used products are final sale. Our team is always happy to help you find the perfect fit for your needs.

Package Policy

Packages are valid for 3 consecutive months, so please be sure to book accordingly. Full payment is due upfront, and Cherry financing is available for purchases over $300. All sales are final, and no refunds are issued once purchased. Unused sessions will not roll over unless pre-approved in writing due to special circumstances. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited. Packages are non-transferable and must be used by the original client. Results may vary and are dependent on consistency and adherence to service recommendations.
