2. Services Offered

Rituel provides hair salon services, medical-grade skincare, aesthetic treatments (including Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, and microneedling), IV therapy, medical weight loss programs, and related wellness services. All medical and aesthetic procedures are performed by licensed providers under applicable Arizona regulations.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments may be booked online or by calling (602) 932-2748. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price. Rituel reserves the right to refuse service to clients who repeatedly miss appointments.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Memberships and packages are non-refundable once activated. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.

5. SMS & Text Messaging

By opting in through our website chat widget, you consent to receive text messages from Rituel Salon & Med Spa, LLC. Messages may include appointment reminders, booking confirmations, customer care responses, and promotional offers. Message frequency varies (up to 10 messages per month). 6. Consent for Medical Treatments

All medical and aesthetic procedures require a signed informed consent form prior to treatment. Results vary by individual. Photos shown on our website represent actual patients but do not guarantee identical outcomes. Consult with your provider to determine if a treatment is right for you.
