Aftercare is simple: avoid rubbing the treated area for 4 hours, skip intense exercise and hot showers for the rest of the day, and don't lie face-down for 4 hours. No blood thinners, alcohol, or ibuprofen for 24 hours before treatment to minimize bruising. If you experience minor bruising, arnica cream can help. Follow-up is included — if you need a touch-up at your 2-week mark, we'll take care of it.
