Your choice of one signature facial or one NAD+B12 shot each month. You can switch between them month to month — whatever your body needs.
Our booking calendar opens immediately so you can schedule your first appointment right away. You'll also get a confirmation email with your membership details and a link to book future visits.
Each month's facial or NAD+B12 shot is meant to be used that month — it doesn't roll over or bank. We'll send reminders so you don't miss it, and priority booking makes it easy to get on the calendar.
Membership benefits are for the member only and aren't transferable. If you'd like to treat someone else, we offer gift cards and prepaid specials separately.
Members get 10% off Botox and Dysport on every visit. Note: member pricing can't be combined with new-patient promotional pricing — you'll always get whichever is the better deal, just not both at once.
Your signature facial is fully included. For injectables and IVs, your 10%/member discount applies to the treatment price. Add-ons or upgrades beyond the standard service may be priced separately — your provider will always tell you upfront.
Reach out to us and we'll do our best to accommodate a short pause. Because there's no contract, you can also simply cancel and rejoin later.

All med spa treatments are performed by Harley, our licensed APRN. Facials and skin treatments are performed by Bianca, our Licensed Esthetician.

Some treatments (like IV therapy and certain medical services) may be HSA/FSA eligible. Membership dues themselves typically are not. Ask us and we'll help you understand what qualifies.
